Wanted Design Opening Party at Industry City
Industry City seems so disjointed and out of the way, yet it hosts one of the biggest parties of the year to kick off NYCxDesigns. This year was a bit tamer by comparison, but a good time nonetheless.
Circus Family, a Dutch design group, created this site-specific lighting installation for the show.

An interesting new section of Wanted Design at Industry city were the 'design outposts' called Outside the Box with a 'design correspondent' featuring work from various cities including Houston and Toronto, which are both places I have connections to :) of note were these cups by Studio WAC.
