NYC Design Pavilion + AmDC 'Growth' Exhibit
Personally, I have a love for public art, so I was surprised when I walked up Lafayette Street to Astor Place and encountered the NYC Design Pavilion, with several other exhibits clustered around it. It was great seeing passersby interacting with the design community. Special thanks to Melodi of Müzz for inviting me!

The main focus here is 'Growth' by American Design Club and Fab.com. Featuring 'designs for plants' from dozens of young designers and brands, attendees are invited to vote on their favorite design. My pick was Midaregami, a mirror with braids (just like me!) by Arddra.
